Big 2nd Birthday Surprise

I just wanted to write in today and thank you folks for your service and for the outstanding remote control ride on Tundra truck! We ordered the Tundra XL for our son's 2nd birthday. You folks reached out and did let us know that it would take a bit longer to arrive as the shipping companies were backed up which we appreciated very much, and thankfully we ordered early. When the delivery came we could not believe how big the box as well as the gorgeous red Tundra truck inside. It came mostly assembled, so my husband and I spent maybe 30 minutes or so putting the wheels, seat and windshield on. This truck is very big... maybe a bit bigger than we expected for a second birthday, but we wanted something he could grow into and use for a couple of years. Our son's face absolutely lit up with joy when he saw "my truck", as he calls it, for the first time on his birthday. There is plenty of power, space for his favorite toys in the bed which he absolutely loves. When we drive him around with the remote it is as if something magical is happening and and just has a blast!

Amazing Experience

We ordered the 24 volt remote control ride on super buggy and absolutely love the quality and power. We have a good sized yard and needed something that could run on the grass for our kids... one of which just had her 2nd birthday. We were looking around the internet and found that you had the best selection at Car Tots. We emailed a few questions we had (mostly to see if you actually replied)... and were very impressed with the answers, product knowledge of these rc ride on cars and that you got back to us within a few hours. Even after we received the product we had an issue with the decals peeling and emailed you for support. Your team got back to us within 24 hours and sent out a new set of decals. That is what a great company does!

Daugther's First Car

Hello Car Tots,

We purchased our first car from Car Tots for my daughters 6th birthday, when it arrived we put it together and everything worked perfectly. The quality of it was excellent and she absolutely loved it. She has always been a Lamborghini fan since she was little as I've always owned them, this was her favorite gift to date. We did have a small issue with a bearing, and we simply called, then emailed and within a few days we had the replacement part in hand NO ISSUES, NO QUESTIONS asked. Not only is the customer service incredible we have purchase a 2nd car for my vacation house for her to have. I highly recommend the product and the customer service is ON POINT! They get a 5 star review from me!

Pretty In Purple

The McLaren 720 is an amazing vehicle and we absolutely LOVE the purple color... maybe a little more than our daughter even... LOL! The butterfly doors are stunning and we couldn't be happier. The shipping was quick for such a large box we were really surprised and the service has been great every time we need something we hear back within a day.

SideXSide Fun At Its Finest

We absolutely love our toddler Side By Side UTV and absolutely love talking our son out in the yard for rides. The 4 motors really makes a big difference on tackling the uneven terrain. The 12 volts will climb most of the small hills in our backyard, but we will definitely be coming back for a 24V ride on car in another year or so. We are happy with your service and will be back when the time comes.

Mercedes GLS Power Wheels With Remote Really Rocks

We recently purchased the Car Tots GLS63 two seater and were very impressed with how quickly we received the vehicle from Car Tots. It only took about three shipping days to reach us. Customer service had already emailed us some support and tips that made assembly a snap. We were missing the side mirrors and emailed support who very promptly replied and had those sent out to us. We tested everything and then charged it up overnight. The next day we were rocking and rolling on the sidewalk and on the front yard too. We had to kick it up to the high speed in the grass and it did pretty well.
