We just wanted to write in to say thank you to your company and employees for your great service before, during and after the sale. We know things aren't always perfect and greatly appreciate your customer service which is what truly makes a company great. We understand that there are some customers out there that will try to take advantage of companies and expect perfection on every purchase they make, especially on a larger purchase like a ride on car. That is just unrealistic though as these are big toys that can have a blemish, missing part or broken wire etc. just like anything else. Again, to us and our family it is what a company does when there is an issue and that is what makes Car Tots great!
