I do not really write reviews often, but I called Car Tots and spoke with John. He was so helpful and took his time when answering my questions. We made a decision for our granddaughter's birthday and placed the order. The shipping was fast and the free customized license plate arrived about 3 or 4 days after the car which is such a great addition that really makes our granddaughter feel special knowing it is her car.

Thank you Car Tots! We had ordered through another company and waited patiently around for a week for our tracking. We needed our car for our son's second birthday that was coming up, so I contacted the other company to see what was going on with our order and they told us it our vehicle was not in stock. We contacted CarTots.com and asked them about the Super Buggy XL remote control ride on car. They let us know what was in stock and ready to ship so we placed our order. Within a couple of hours we had our tracking number and our vehicle was on the way the very next day. We absolutely love this buggy, which is a bit fast for our two year old, but it works in low speed and he has something to grow into.

We purchased the remote control ride on Screamer for our son and after 5 months one of the motors was no longer functioning. We reached out to Car Tots via email and received a response right away asking for some photos which we sent over. They are replacing the motor for us under warranty and we are thankful that we chose to do business with a reputable company such as CarTots.com. Thank you so much for this amazing little 24 volt Lamborghini Drift car. We bought it for our nephew's 4th birthday as he is a little daredevil and he LOVES it! It has the perfect amount of power for him. He was able to jump right in and start driving. The little guy cannot get enough of it. We are the favorite aunt and uncle now for sure (we always were... but now it is solidified). I'm sure we will be back in a couple years for something bigger and more powerful. You will love the Tundra XL remote control ride on truck! Our family continues to love ours 3 years after purchasing. I am writing this review because we just came back to CarTots.com and asked for assistance with our truck as it was not driving after a few years of use. Their service team asked a few questions and encouraged us to get our battery tested... which we did locally at an auto parts store, and that was the issue. They even gave us some tips to extend the battery life, but 3 years seems like a good life expectancy to us. She is driving around like a champ again and our youngest is now old enough to enjoy it too! Thankfully, it is a two seater which equals less tantrums. Haha

Our family loves your remote control ride on cars... between our house and our other family we have five of your amazing vehicles. You guys have great models and great service. Wilson is awesome and we really appreciate you guys. If you are reading this do yourself a favor and buy from Car Tots. If you are reasonable with them they will be reasonable with you as they always have been with our family. If you break something be honest about it and they may just cut you a deal on a replacement part.
