Thank you for the great service. I have to admit I was a little upset upon receipt of our Maserati sports car with the doors that go up. It came and we were missing one of the parts to assemble it. We looked everywhere and could not find it. We contacted Car Tots via email and they got back to us right away with a tracking number. They sent us the missing parts and apologized. I do understand that the missing part was probably left out at the factory, and was happy with the service that Car Tots provided. We are now enjoying our new Maserati and I do mean we, since I get to drive with the remote control!
