We just wanted to write in to say thank you to your company and employees for your great service before, during and after the sale. We know things aren't always perfect and greatly appreciate your customer service which is what truly makes a company great. We understand that there are some customers out there that will try to take advantage of companies and expect perfection on every purchase they make, especially on a larger purchase like a ride on car. That is just unrealistic though as these are big toys that can have a blemish, missing part or broken wire etc. just like anything else. Car Tots Fast Service and Delivery Saved the Day

Thank You Car Tots!

I had put in the notes on my order that I needed delivery by the weekend of when I placed my order. I also emailed in that same day to check on the status. Car Tots replied within a few hours and let me know they had seen the notes on my order and were rushing the order through their processing so it could ship out ASAP. They did let me know they couldn't guarantee a delivery date, but that it looked like it should make it in time. Sure enough my order shipped that same day and was able to arrive with an extra day so we could assemble our vehicle and have it charged up and ready to go for the birthday party.

Canadian Special Colorado Style

Hi there,

We finally had a chance to try out the truck now that the snow has subsided a bit. Thank you again, Car Tots, as we are so very pleased with the Chevy Colorado Style truck that has the 4 motors and lots of power etc. Our grand kids absolutely love it. The wireless remote is awesome and so much fun for our 1 year old grandson! He loves, loves, loves it!

Fast Shipping and Great Product

I purchased the remote control ride on LaFerrari; I’m very happy with it & my grandson loves it. He can’t quite reach the pedal just yet which is why we got the remote control version. I wanted to make a suggestion about trying to make the seat adjustable so it could let them be able to reach the pedal in the future if that is possible.

Mercedes S600 Christmas Hit

I ordered the Mercedes S600 for my granddaughter this Christmas and it arrived in exactly 7 days as promised. It took less than 30 minutes to put together. I charged it for 8/9 hours and on Christmas morning the only thing that my granddaughter wanted to play with was her S600. Being that she is not quite 2 years old I drove her around using the remote control. She was the talk of the neighborhood. This vehicle has a working radio, opening doors, headlights, leather seat. Car Tots kept their word in making sure that my granddaughter had a wonderful Christmas by delivering her gift when promised. Great customer service and salesmanship.
