We purchased the remote control ride on Screamer for our son and after 5 months one of the motors was no longer functioning. We reached out to Car Tots via email and received a response right away asking for some photos which we sent over. They are replacing the motor for us under warranty and we are thankful that we chose to do business with a reputable company such as CarTots.com.
