Fast Shipping and Handling
We ordered a fire truck for our event we were having. The maximum shipping time was going to have our truck delivered too late for the event, so we emailed the service team to see if there was anything they could do. Great Communication
We placed a pre-order for the ride on Super Buggy XL and despite it being mentioned on the site that it was a pre-order with the ETA, Car Tots staff still emailed us after the sale making sure we were aware and of the expected dates and process. Not many companies go above a beyond that way any more and we really appreciated the extra communication. Our buggy did indeed come in within a week of the ETA and shipped out promptly via FedEx.
